The LGG Connect HR Working Group has officially been launched. HR professionals from 16 companies across the Liege Airport ecosystem came together around a shared ambition: jointly identifying the HR priorities that matter most to our community.
The energy was there from the very first minute. The discussions were lively, honest and constructive: participants shared their experiences, built on each other’s ideas and pushed them further. All of this in a spirit of kindness and openness, where every voice counted. Everyone left the session energised and ready to take action together.
Six key topics emerged from the discussions: turnover, regulation, generations, training, employee motivation and manager support. These are the subjects our community now wants to tackle together.
And this is only the beginning. The upcoming meetings will set up a clear working framework and dig deeper into each topic, with one goal in mind: turning ideas into concrete actions that strengthen the attractiveness, skills and resilience of our ecosystem.
A huge thank you to all participants for their enthusiasm and commitment, and special thanks to Julie Ravet and Kurt Callaerts for facilitating the group brainstorming sessions.
Because the answers to our HR challenges can only be built collectively, this is exactly what LGG Connect is all about.
